shadow of Mount Kilimanjaro, Africa's highest
mountain in Amboseli national park.

All around the Amboseli Serena Lodge roam the big
game that has made East Africa legendary - lions,
buffalos, elephants, cheetahs, giraffes, baboons,
gazelles and wildebeests. Amboseli National Park is
a splendid place to view elephants. And without even
leaving the lodge, one can encounter hundreds of
species of wetland and migratory birds known to the
immediate area.

Influenced by native architecture, Amboseli Serena Safari
Lodge is
in perfect harmony with its environment. Interiors
are inspired by distinctive African design motifs.
Each room at the Amboseli Serena Safari Lodge is individually appointed with authentic
African and murals painted by a renowned local
artist.
Amboseli Serena Safari Lodge has 96 guest rooms, all with attached bath and
shower. Specifically, there are 86 two twin beds, 10
one twin beds and 17 pairs of interconnecting rooms.

Overlooking the saltlick and floodlit waterhole, Amboseli Serena
Safari Lodge's
open-air dining room serves guests sumptuous
international menus, buffets and barbecues alongside
authentic African dishes.
The full service bar - located next to the dining
room - serves fresh fruit juices, soft drinks, tea
and coffee, cocktails, wines, spirits and liqueurs.
There is another small bar by the outdoor pool.
Large outdoor swimming pool with fresh towels and
pool beds provided. Overlooking the sparkling
swimming pool and beautiful landscaped gardens, the
verandah also offers guests exceptional game
viewing.

In the evenings, there are Maasai dance
performances, music and entertainment.
Informative daily talks and slide presentations on
indigenous culture given by the resident naturalist.
Within the grounds of Amboseli Serena Safari Lodge there is a
fully air-conditioned conference room with
unobstructed views of Mount Kilimanjaro. The room
has a capacity of 80 people and is suitable for
meetings, seminars or small banquets.
